Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain Alibaba Cloud infrastructure according to best practices and project requirements
• Monitor and optimize Alibaba Cloud services to ensure high availability, performance, and cost-efficiency
• Implement security measures and compliance controls to protect data and infrastructure on Alibaba Cloud
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Alibaba Cloud Resource Orchestration Service (ROS)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Alibaba Cloud services, including networking, storage, and compute resources
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate Alibaba Cloud services into our applications and workflows
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Alibaba Cloud technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance our cloud infrastructure
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members on Alibaba Cloud best practices and procedures
• Support any other ad-hoc project assigned by the Management 

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Alibaba Cloud Management
• In-depth knowledge of Alibaba Cloud services, including but not limited to ECS, RDS, OSS, VPC, and CDN
• Hands-on experience with cloud automation and orchestration tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Alibaba Cloud ROS
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance standards
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Shell, or Go
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Alibaba Cloud certification(s) such as Alibaba Cloud Certified Associate (ACA) or Alibaba Cloud Certified Professional (ACP) is a plus 
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
