A listed Telecommunications Company that offers a wide range of services, including local and international calls, mobile services, broadband internet, and pay-TV.
Responsibilities
- Provide deskside support to end-users through email, phone, Microsoft Teams, or in person.
- Provide technical on-site, face-to-face end-user IT support, including installation, move, add, change (IMAC), PC troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance.
- Possess a broad background in hardware support for desktops, laptops, mobile phones, iPads, and tablets. Software support experience should include Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android OS, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Altiris.
- Provide end-to-end user support, advice, and guidance on document recovery, email and personal folder recovery, data management, and mobile managed provisioning/user support.
- Support senior management and/or VIP users and their secretaries for all IT-related issues.
- Provide support for different venues within West Kowloon.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or computer-related disciplines.
- Three years of relevant experience in the IT-related field is preferred.
- IT certificate holders are preferred.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
