Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Implement IT security, system and network administration, and system changes
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues related to systems, networks, and applications to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Provisioning and installing IT hardware and software, ensuring that all IT assets are properly configured, deployed, and maintained to support operational requirements.
- Designing and executing solutions tailored to meet specific business needs, working closely with stakeholders to align technological capabilities
- Conducting comprehensive system testing procedures to validate functionality, performance, and compatibility, and creating detailed user documentation to facilitate efficient system operation
- Providing support during system demonstrations to showcase the functionality and features of IT solutions to stakeholders, clients, and end-users
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering or related disciplines
• Knowledge in database system
• At least 3 years working experiences in IT systems, servers and network administration.
• Team player, effective communication and good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in web development, Data Analytics, and Machine Learning is an advantage but not a must
• Immediate available is a definite advantage
