Hong Kong Centre for Logistics Robotics Limited

The Hong Kong Centre for Logistics Robotics was established in 2020 by The Chinese University of Hong Kong under the support of the InnoHK Clusters of the HKSAR government, with research contributions from the University of California, Berkeley.

The Centre focuses on the research and development (R&D) of robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies for “future workplace” as well as innovative solutions to the “pressing problems” in the logistics industry. Our centre located in Hong Kong Science Park.

We are looking for Hardware Engineer (PCB) 

We rely on you to:

• Cooperate with structural, hardware, and other engineers to carry out reasonable PCB design
• Complete the layout and wiring design according to the structure diagram and schematic diagram;
• PCB material selection, board manufacturing process evaluation, laminate design
• Participate in planning, discussions, and reviews of the PCB design
• Reliability test of the PCB board, analyze and optimize the existing problems

We are looking for:

• Have a Bachelor‘s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automation or related disciplines;
• Knowledge in circuits; be familiar with the requirements for the layout and wiring of the power board in terms of safety regulations, EMC, signal integrity, thermal design, etc.; 
• Familiar with PCB board selection, stack structure planning, PCB process requirements, production process, and PCB board factory process capabilities;
• Proficient in the establishment of PCB packaging library; familiar with the product development process, PCB design and review process;
• Have strong hands-on ability, have strong problem-solving skills and project execution capability
• Are self-motivated to work independently
• Enjoy co-operating with other team members
• Fluent communication in English, Mandarin or Cantonese
