Responsibilities

• Assess business needs and gather functional requirements from business stakeholders
• Analyze the design of technical systems and business models
• Prepare requirement specifications and cooperate with system architects/ infrastructure specialists for the system design
• Support the full system development life cycle of back-office applications
• Define project plans, SOW for system implementation
• Manage vendors proactively to ensure efficient collaboration and monitoring
• Conduct system demos and training to end-users
• Provide support to maintain existing applications and websites

Requirements

• University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines with relevant experience in internal-facing applications, or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in participation of business application development, technical and business analysis; with interest to develop as a product manager
• Hands-on technical experience in .Net, JavaScript/NodeJS, Jenkins, Terraform, SQL
• Solid development experience in ERP or mobile app development, participation in UX design mockups
• Strong communication skills, a good team player, self-motivated and a self-starter
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
