Responsibilities:

• Provide supports (on Windows platform) for network, hardware (PC/Server) and software at head office and construction site offices
• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot daily IT operations (e.g. daily backup) and system applications (e.g. Human Resources, Document Management, Purchase Order and Inventory System, etc.)
• Advise optimal solutions to ensure High Availability of IT services
• Work with IT service providers on data/voice connectivity

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or any related disciplines
• At least 1 year related working experience
• Strong knowledge and hands-on technical skills on MS AD, GPO, DNS, Exchange Online, VMware etc
• Knowledge on TCP/IP in LAN/WAN network environments, CCNA / CCNP holder will be a plus
• Holder of MCSE is highly preferable
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Solid experience in Windows Server administration in enterprise environment.
