Analyst Programmer is responsible for assisting System Analyst to designing architecture and developing the most appropriate and implement Technology solutions with software development in line with the solution design, to meet customer needs, ensuring continuous improvement.

What you’ll be performing:

• Arrange project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements.
• Support and coordinate closely with internal teams.
• Perform quality assurance on project deliverables.
• Responsible for maintain reusability and sustainability of the projects.
• Design and engineer software to fulfil functional and non-functional requirements as a key objective.
• Work within a feature team to engineer software, scripts and tools to enable the delivery of products and services.
• Design, develop and deploy applications capable of meeting the anticipated load, performance, availability, security and resilience requirements.
• Design and develop software with a focus on automation of build, unit testing and deployment process on all environments to minimise variation and ensure predictable high quality code and data.
• Provide support in identification and resolution of all incidents associated with the product.
• Responsible for automating the continuous integration / continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement.
• Keep up to date and have expertise on current tools, technologies and areas like cyber security and regulations pertaining to aspects like data privacy, consent, data residency.

What you should have:

• Minimum 4 years professional experience with Software Engineering related fields.
• Knowledge in modern technologies stack’s benefits and drawbacks including efficient communication protocol, application frameworks, databases, message queues.
• Knowledge of enterprise standards including logging, monitoring, access limitation, sensitive data handling.
• Experience in planning disaster recovery, high availability, multi-AZ solutions.
• Experience in designing microservice architecture, Service-oriented architecture, and traditional Monolithic architecture.
• Experience in working horizontally scalable infrastructure.
• Experience in making hard tradeoffs between important goals and complete with a realistic and sustainable solution Able to discover, apply and establish best practice.
• Passion for self-improvement, a healthy appetite for learning, and a willingness to mentor.

Would be great if you were:

• Having Solution Architect certifications by AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
• Having Internet security-related certifications.
• Experience in enterprise solutions such as datadog, Splunk, AppDynamic, etc.
• Experience in managing Kubernetes cluster or OpenShift.
• Having open source project contributions.
