The Laboratory for AI-Powered Financial Technologies Limited (AIFT) aims to be a leading research centre on the financial technologies and services. We are seeking for passionate and talented Software Engineer / Assistant Software Engineer to join our growing team. 

Key Accountabilities
 

• Assist senior software engineers or teams in developing and maintaining software applications;
• Conduct technical research to explore new development tools, frameworks, and technologies;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and participate in the design and implementation of software solutions;
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification / Knowledge & Experience
 

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline;
• Strong knowledge of frontend development;
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Golang;
• Prior experience in software development and familiarity with good software practices;
• Familiarity with AIGC development is a plus;
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Software Engineer.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English;
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
