NEC Platform Technologies Hong Kong Limited conducts manufacturing of magnetic tape drive, disk array, application appliance, server, telephone set and Point of Sales in Asia and China.  We also conduct international procurement activities for parts and assemblies through Asian countries. We are looking for high caliber candidate to fill the following position :

Quality Engineer 

Magnetic Tape Division

Job Description:

• Coordinate with subcontractors to solve any quality problems and to enhance production efficiency
• Assist vendors and subcontractors for controlling quality and cost and for following up tooling
• Process evaluation of new model and parts
• Arrange shipments of equipment, parts, samples, etc. with vendors, subcontractors & customers
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Engineering or related
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Production Engineering
• Familiar with PC software
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Travel to China is necessary
