Job responsibilities

  • Manage both cloud and non-cloud based networking services
  • Manage various software tools and operating systems including but not limited to: Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Windows, REHL, CentOS, Ansible, Artifactory and Jenkins
  • Maintain physical local area network and workstation hardware
  • Plan, implement and support IT service and infrastructure operations
  • Perform regular system security remediation and schedules activities to validate the integrity and effectiveness of the system
  • Ensure the availability of the CI/CD toolchain including outside of regular business hours if required
  • Define system vulnerability and implement suitable solutions
  • Manage asset inventory for infrastructure systems and end-user equipment.
  • Regularly perform systems security assessment, monitoring and submit reports for auditing and reviewing.
  • Communicate with and manage 3rd party vendors on the purchase and contracts
  • Oversee and respond to IT tickets pertaining to end user support and infrastructure, including requests, changes, incidents, and issues.
  • Develop and manage the IT Service Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan to ensure timely recovery of IT services

 

Job requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in demonstrated systems administration skills
  • Experience in deploying and managing both cloud and non-cloud based networking and system services
  • Solid background in administering or supporting both Linux and Windows platforms
  • Experience with DDoS Mitigation, vulnerability scanning solutions and best-practices
  • Experience written IT SOP policies and best guidelines for IT infrastructure and operations 
  • Experience in supporting organization IT service, including end user support, workstation, M365, provision, LAN and WAN network
  • Experience in an Agile and DevOps environment
  • Scripting experience (Python, bash, powershell etc.)
  • Must be authorized to work in SG without sponsorship
