We are looking for a skilled caliber to be a part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering in-house IT support and exceptional support for our innovative smart retail IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and maintain high standards of work quality.
• Respond promptly to client and colleagues inquiries, providing effective and timely technical support.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Provide IT infrastructure support, including server maintenance and security management.
• Engage in various assignments as needed to support team objectives.

Qualifications:

• Hold a certificate in IT, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in smart retail environments or IT solutions.
• Possess a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Communicate effectively in English and Chinese, with strong communication skills.
• Have hands-on experience with network infrastructure as a plus.
