Job Description:

We are seeking a Software Engineer with a strong background in blockchain technology and decentralized applications (dApps) to join our team. This role focuses on advanced research and development in the field of Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and deploying blockchain solutions, combined with a passion for pushing the boundaries of tokenization protocols and RegTech innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

 1.   Conduct advanced research on existing RWA tokenization protocols to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.

 2.   Design and implement cutting-edge algorithms for efficient RWA token issuance, trading, and settlement, leveraging the latest in blockchain technology.

 3.   Develop and test innovative RegTech solutions to automate compliance processes within the RWA tokenization framework.

 4.   Collaborate closely with R&D teams to integrate research findings into the Axiomesh ecosystem, focusing on practical and scalable solutions.

 5.   Author and publish high-quality research papers and technical documentation on the advancements and findings in RWA tokenization.

 6.   Actively participate in academic and industry conferences to share research outcomes and remain informed on the latest trends in blockchain and tokenization.

Requirements:

 1.   A Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Blockchain Technology, Financial Engineering, or a related field.

 2.   Proven experience in blockchain development, with a strong portfolio of deployed smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).

 3.   Deep understanding of blockchain infrastructure, including experience with technologies such as Golang, NextJS, and smart contracts.

 4.   Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable applications using modern development tools like Kubernetes, MongoDB, and cloud-native technologies.

 5.   Experience in open-source projects, particularly in the development of plugins, frameworks, or blockchain tools, is highly valued.

 6.   Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a research-oriented team.
