Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated (Senior) Project Electronic Engineer to spearhead the design and development of advanced diagnostic and detection devices. He/ She will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to ensure efficient production, high reliability, and adherence to a rigorous development schedule. This role requires a deep commitment to innovation, design quality, and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of electronic parts for detection devices, including PCB layout optimization, the integration of production sub-assemblies, and software UI integration etc.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers, industrial designers, and suppliers to ensure product designs are optimized for manufacturability.
• Manage and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accurate and efficient production processes.
• Define and implement testing specifications, including compliance with ESD, EMC, and other international safety and performance standards.
• Mentor and oversee junior engineers to ensure high-quality project deliverables and adherence to timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in circuit design, PCB layout, and component selection.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments and handle uncertainty.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to manage challenging assignments.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is preferred.
• Based in Hong Kong, with frequent travel to China.
• Knowledge in In vitro diagnosis device (IVD) certification is a plus
