Overview
Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone, email and onsite installation & technical support to our clients
- Provide IT system installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting including hardware & software
- Preparation of technical documentation, updates of manuals and related documentation
- Work on assignments in areas such as cloud, tool evaluation, product testing and POC
- Collaborate with vendor support team in the process of resolving technical problems
- Required to work with a flexible work schedule to meet customer needs
Requirements:
- DSE / Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
- 2 years hands-on experience in IT project is preferred
- Experience on troubleshooting issue on Windows Desktop Environment, MS Office, Outlook and networking
- Holder MCSE, CCNA, ITIL certificated is an advantage
- Mature, aggressive, flexible, energetic, self-motivated and able to take up challenges and pressure
- Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
- Good command of Cantonese and English
