We are looking for positions of Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide manufacturing support to PRC factory to ensure our operations run as efficiently as possible.

Duties:

• Lead the full lifecycle for engineering projects, including scoping, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and task coordination
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and operations to understand requirements and objectives
• Analyze and improve the mold process continuously
• Follow up on mold optimization after production. Verify production data accuracy and oversee production.
• Mentor and develop engineering and production team in developing products based on customer’s requirements and specification

Requirements:

• Over 5 years’ experience in precision injection molding, with a preference for experience in trendy toys and plastic model kits is preferred
• Familiar with office software application, experience with processing 3D files, 3D graphics processing 
• Able to solve technical problems scientifically and independently
• Station in Zhongshan, Guangdong (Monday to Friday)
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Good command of written and spoken Japanese is a plus
