Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and enhance monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to proactively identify and resolve system issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects to implement a robust infrastructure solutions
- Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools and scripts for efficient deployment and configuration management
- Automate routine operational tasks and streamline processes to improve efficiency
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans and ensure high availability of critical systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve system reliability
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Engineering, Information Technology/ Computer Science/ or other relevant discipline
- Knowledge of Server and Virtualization platform (VMware), Storage System (NAS, SAN) & Networking (Cisao switch) is preferred
- Experience in automation tools and scripting is an advantage
- Proficiency in writing concise document
- Strong desire in learning new technology
- Good working attitude with strong problem-solving and communication skills
