The Position

• To set up, implement and review testing plans and methods, including chemical process/testing, failure analysis testing, reliability testing, etc.
• Provide failure analysis and reliability service and review technical reports.
• Provide technical support to Account/BD Manager for the current/potential clients.
• Coordinate the technical team to fulfill the requirements for lab quality management system.
• Perform other duties / tasks as required.

The Candidate

• Bachelor's Degree or above preferably in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, IC or Semiconductor related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in related industry / manufacturing process and gained in sizable / MNC corporations.
• Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered.
• Familiar with automotive electronics and the analytical equipment for failure mode analysis such as SEM/EDX, C-SAM, AFM, confocal microscope, surface profiler, high power optical microscope in a plus.
• Experience in semiconductor Front-end/ Back-end process development is preferred.
• Good team spirit and able to work independently.
• A good command of English and Chinese, written and verbal (including Mandarin), with good communication skills.
