Responsibilities:

• Develop the data science projects with production grade coding
• Collaborate with the data science team to design and implement new features for the machine learning operation system
• Measure and optimize the performance of algorithms, including data pipeline, model training and API serving.
• Propose new ideas for building next-generation machine learning solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to understand the technical requirements and to define and implement AI solutions
• Improve existing tools and models to enhance performance and efficiency
• Contribute to promote best practices and standards for AI and Machine Learning development

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science or related fields
• At least 1 year of commercial experience as a Machine Learning Engineer
• Experience in developing end-to-end machine learning pipelines 
• Proficient in common programming languages used in AI, such as Python, Java, C++, and R
• Proficient in Spark, sklearn, PyTorch, Pandas & etc.
• Proficient in Database like SQL and NoSQL to work with structured and unstructured data
• Experience in designing and developing APIs to serve machine learning models
• Knowledge and experience in MLOps is an advantage
• Good command of written Chinese and English
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mondrian and English
• Great communication skills, able to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
• Great problem-solving skills, able to propose innovative solutions
