Job Highlights

Principal Responsibilities:

•       Teach and manage students in class (max ratio 1:2)
•       Conduct monthly students’ learning progress reports
•       Improve and respond to tasks in accordance with quality assurance (i.e: course materials, classroom, and discipline management)
•       Participate in ICT and Computer Science Course development activities
•       Assist in events, workshops, and competitions organized by the company
•       Meet the required number of lessons developed set by the ICT and Computer Science course leader.
•       Participate in company organized trainings and events whenever available.

Job Requirements:

•       Native English Speaker strongly preferred.
•       Degree or higher qualification in ICT or Computer Science preferred
•       Familiar with IGCSE ICT, IGCSE Computer Science or AP Computer science syllabus.
•       Proficient at programming. Knowledge of Python and basic HTML, CSS and JS is a requirement.
•       Implement innovative activities within lessons of the current ICT and Computer Science curriculum.
•       Mature, detailed-minded, and highly self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving  and logical skills.
•       Passion in education and helping others realise their potential
•       Confident and able to work well in a fast-pace and cooperative environment
•       Innovative, cheerful, self-motivated, patient and empathetic when engaging with children
•       Willing to work on Saturday and/or Sundays and/or Public Holidays, which will be compensated with Replacement Leave
•       Working Locations: Cyberport / Kowloon Tong / Repulse Bay

We’d love to see :

•       Advanced programming skills in JavaScript, C, C++ or SWIFT is strongly preferred.
•       Teaching qualification (PGCE/PGCertEd/PGDE) is preferred.
•       Familiarity with IGCSE/IB/SAT/A-level syllabus.
•       TEFL or other relevant qualifications.
•       One or more years of working experience in an educational field is preferred, but fresh graduates and NQTs are welcome
