In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent while also identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with clients. This remote position offers flexibility and the chance to work with diverse organizations across various sectors. Role Description Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients to understand their recruitment needs and promote our services. Talent Sourcing: Use various platforms (job boards, social media, networking) to find and engage candidates, particularly for business development roles. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction. Market Analysis: Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and improve recruitment strategies. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing or sales and business development Strong networking and relationship-building skills Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms Experience in the IT, Legal, or MarComm industries is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
