Responsibilities:

• Perform system administration tasks, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and troubleshoot any interdependencies or conflicts,
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing their system-related queries and resolving issues promptly,
• Deploy systems and applications to end users, ensuring successful installation, configuration, and user acceptance,
• Build and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including system configuration, installation guides, administration guides, troubleshooting guides, and other relevant documentation as needed.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of the system documentation to reflect any changes or improvements in the system,
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement appropriate solutions to ensure system stability and reliability,
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system administration to enhance technical expertise,
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve system-related issues and implement necessary updates or patches,
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and other projects to improve system performance and functionality,
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to colleagues and end-users on system usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in system administration, support, and deployment,
• Strong knowledge of system administration, including operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), virtualization, storage, and networking,
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems,
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail,
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist end-users,
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment,
• Proactive approach to identifying system issues and implementing preventive measures,
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality support services,
• Experience in system deployment for end users is highly desired,
• Experience in building and maintaining system documentation is highly desired,
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Red Hat Certified Engineer) will be advantageous,
