Job Responsibilities:

• Provide deskside support on hardware, software, and applications for users.
• Provide helpdesk and remote IT support if necessary.
• Provide network and server support (backup and monitoring)
• To setup, maintain, and support Linux and Windows systems, including hardware, OS, and third-party software.
• Carry out hardware and software customizations and configurations setup.
• To follow standards, guidelines, and procedures for system implementation and support.
• Apply the latest software patches or upgrade the software version.

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma in Electronic / Electrical / IT / Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in supporting Windows Server & Linux platform would be an advantage
• Experience in web programming skills such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Proficiency in MySQL, SQL and database design
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good team player, self-motivated, communication skills and hard-working
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Willing to travel outside Hong Kong once more experienced  to assist our projects/support work in APAC
• Fresh graduates and candidates with less experience are welcome
