Job Responsibilities:

• Perform both manual and exploratory testing for integrated systems, including software applications and hardware infrastructure.
• Develop and execute test cases to ensure system functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Utilize scripting languages and automation tools to streamline testing processes.
• Analyze test results and diagnose failures, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Prioritize and manage testing tasks to meet project deadlines and schedules. 
• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand requirements, identify potential issues and develop effective testing plans.
• Document test procedures, results, and any issues encountered during testing.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving system performance and reliability.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in testing methodologies and technologies. 

Job Requirements:

• High diploma or above in information technology, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project/system testing, preferably for integrated systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and/or automation environments, or willingness to acquire necessary skills.
• Familiarity with Command and Control or Dispatch systems is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset and adept problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop effective test cases and efficiently diagnose and resolve test failures.
• Familiar with postman, have knowledge about api (would be an advantage)
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus).
