Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1 technical support for end-users on our property management software
• Troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions for our Work Order System, Building Management System, Tenant System and other core applications
• Deliver end-user training on software functionality and best practices
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to ensure proper maintenance and updates for our property management systems
• Document processes, maintain support knowledge base, and continuously improve end-user resources
• Assist with testing and rollout of software upgrades and new features

Requirements:

• 2 years or above of experience in software/application support or daily BAU support
• Knowledge of property management software, work order systems, and building management systems is advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly diagnose and resolve user issues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality end-user support
• Ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly
• Experience with user account management, permissions, approval setting and technical documentation
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and end-user devices
