Responsibilities

• Participate in assigned IT vendors'  official trainings (e.g. RedHat, NetApp, AquaSec ( trivy), Dynatrace, OutSystems, some cloud vendors, etc.,) and acquire corresponding qualification or certificate to become subject matter expert on solutions within Redhat Linux OS, Ansible Automation, OCP, other cloud Container up to some developer related and DevSecOps solutions .
• Perform Project implementation under Project Manager and Tech lead guidance for our customers from various sectors including Banking Finance, Gov., Public Utilities, and Global Enterprise customers. 
• The project scope may relates to RedHat Enterprise Linux system, Redhat middleware cloud native framework, IT automation(Ansible), Kubernetes and DevSecOps solution based on candidate experience and potential.
• Support in new regular product new release testing to prepare for customer and partner event and project delivery. 
• Work with regional teams( AI, DevOps, automation & development team) across few major cities within Greater China Region on some potential AI and vertical industry application solution projects.
• Share with the team to support after office hour helpdesk roster duty around 1-2 months within a year with extra allowance.
• Assist senior teammates on other technical related tasks including partner/ customer technical workshop, product evaluation, demo, implementation support and onsite customer POCs if neccessary. 

Requirements

• Associate degree or above in IT, E-commerce, Engineering, Science or Business disciplines
• Computer knowledge, experience in MS windows and basic networking are required
• Self-motivated, strong analytical reasoning, good communication skill and problem solving skills
• Application development knowledges with some programming languages and DevOps pipeline tool experience are preferred.
• Concept or Working experience in private Cloud and Linux platform will be an advantage
• Holder of Microsoft, Linux, any cloud or Server management certificate will be a plus
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
• 1-2 years in-house developer or Software house software engineer technical experience is preferred.
