Software Engineer (Web Development)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee design and implementation of websites
• Develop new features using React.js and Next.js
• Ensure the quality of deliverables
• Contribute to UI design and architecture
• Collaborate with API teams to prepare user requirement specifications
• Deliver projects on time
• Oversee project scheduling, documentation, progress reporting, and status updates

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of JavaScript development experience
• Solid experience in optimizing JS performance
• Strong proficiency in Webpack and Babel
• Comprehensive understanding of React.js and React hooks
• Hands-on experience with React state management tools, such as Redux or React Sweet State
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js or immer.js)
• Experience deploying frontend/backend microservices in a serverless cloud environment (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Expertise in building web applications using HTML5/CSS3, styled components/LESS/SASS
• Proficiency in Core Javascript ES2015 or above
• Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git, Bitbucket, and project management tools like JIRA
• Familiarity with AWS architecture and DevOps experience is a plus
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the “Junior Software Engineer”

Software Engineer (Backend Development)

Responsibilities:

• Deploy and maintain backend services and APIs
• Conduct performance tests, plan for capacity, and engineer scalability
• Manage databases, including Oracle and MongoDB
• Stay updated with the latest backend technologies and trends
• Prepare reports for management about trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data

Requirements:

• A degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in backend development
• Solid experience with Node.js and MongoDB
• Solid experience with Restful API
• Experience with GraphQL is a plus
• Experience with Oracle and MSSQL is a plus
• Familiarity with git, Jira, pipeline, and agile methodology is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the “Junior Software Engineer”
