Overview:

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our international development team at Pergamon Labs Limited, based in Hong Kong. Our company is dedicated to developing SaaS AI-based software that streamlines the process for creating technical documentation.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in improving the quality and reliability of our system, aiming to reduce the risk of regression. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovate AI-enabled documentation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user requirements to design, implement, and ensure comprehensive coverage through both manual and automated test plans.
• Maintain GitLab project consisting of Pergamon QA tests.
• Work closely with developers and product manager to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate QA processes with continuous integration workflows.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring their timely resolution.
• Continuously enhance QA processes and strategies to ensure the highest quality standards.

Require Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 year of QA engineering experience working on SaaS products.
• Proficient level of English is a must.
• Experience in working with testing automation tools.
• Knowledge of version control systems, JavaScript, server-side environments, and automation tools such as Playwright used for end-to-end testing. Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, effective teamwork and collaboration, proactive with idea generation, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
• Work experience with authoring platforms like CMS is an advantage.
• Knowledge of additional static code analysis techniques and tools for JavaScript, PHP and Angular will be an added advantage.
