Candidate Requirement

• Degree holder in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Chartered Engineer in Civil/Structural Discipline is highly preferred;
• Minimum 3 years structural design and government submission approval experience
• Able to perform SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, SADS computer software modelling and detailed design calculation
• Less experience considered as Assistant Structural Engineer
• Enthusiastic in developing the career in civil / structural engineering aspect

Job Responsibilities

• Perform structural designs in new development projects or A&A work projects
• Piling, footing, pile cap, A&A and superstructure structural design
• Liaise and coordinate with government departments and clients in terms of design submission and approval
• Able to lead a small team and assist in project management duties as directed by the manager
• Prepare structural design submission report, calculation, design coordination and government submission
• Provide hand sketch drawings to draft man for CAD preparation
• Assist supervisor to overview project operations, planning and site co-ordination 
• Assist to prepare tender and technical submission
