Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop large language models and multimodal models suited for smart city scenarios, especially for government and enterprise applications. Support project delivery and innovative product exploration for our business team.
• Build and maintain code repositories and datasets for related research tasks and models. Keep abreast of cutting-edge techniques, iteratively optimize algorithm models and shed the light of large models on a wide range of real-world applications. 

Requirements:

• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Information, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Proficient in Python and C/C++, with mastery of one of the deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
• Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems, strong communication skills, and teamwork capabilities. Demonstrated initiative and innovation in tackling challenging problems.
• Research experience in multi-modal modeling are preferred. As for the vision tasks, experience in object detection, tracking, segmentation, and classification are preferred. For the language tasks, experience in text data parsing, key information extraction, supervised fine-tuning, alignment and retrieval augmented generation are preferred. 
• Publications in top academic conferences or outstanding achievements in related international competitions are preferred.
