Position Summary

DP WORLD ZODIAC, is IT/ICT solution branch of DP WORLD Group with the strategic aim of enabling digitization and AI-driven operation control in whole DP WORLD port and terminal across the world.

This position is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with System Architect to produce architecture and software design artifacts
• Troubleshoot complex software and programming-related issues during product development, implementation and post go-live
• Analyze log files, error messages, and other technical data to identify and resolve problems
• Develop and implement automated scripts and tools to streamline support processes
• Document technical solutions and best practices for future reference
• Train and assist to the use of our software and programming tools
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify product improvements and enhancements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in a technical support role
• Strong programming skills, with expertise in languages like Java or JavaScript
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficient in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting software issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Quality Control and Container Terminal Operation Systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is advantageous.
