We are seeking a System Engineer / Cloud Engineer (Contract based) to join our team, you will develop and maintain software applications supporting business operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the application team to develop and implement application migration strategies
- Utilize AWS migration tools (such as AWS Server Migration Service, AWS Application Migration Service) to migrate virtual machines
- Configure and optimize the application runtime environment on AWS
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the migration process
- Implement and optimize automation scripts and tools to enhance migration efficiency
- Assist the application team in performance testing and optimization to ensure stable operation of applications in the cloud
- Develop and enforce security policies to ensure the security and compliance of applications in the cloud environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in system engineering or cloud engineering
- Proficient in managing and maintaining Windows Server and Ubuntu Linux
- Familiar with AWS migration tools and technologies, such as AWS Server Migration Service, AWS Application Migration Service
- Experienced in virtual machine management and maintenance
- Proficient in automation tools and scripting languages (such as Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash, etc.)
- Familiar with running and debugging Java, C#, and .NET Framework applications
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
