Overview

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support and technical assistance to customers, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products or systems,
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their technical issues, diagnose problems, and develop effective solutions,
  • Conduct thorough analysis and testing of hardware, software, and network systems to identify and resolve technical issues and optimize system performance,
  • Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions in a clear and concise manner,
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and sales, to address customer needs, relay feedback, and contribute to product improvement,
  • Deliver comprehensive training and knowledge transfer to customers on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products or systems,
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective on-site support, meeting service-level agreements (SLAs), and maintaining strong professional relationships,
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and product updates to enhance technical expertise and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (degree will be an advantageous).
  • Minimum  2 years of proven experience in a field support or technical support role,
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networks, and troubleshooting methodologies,
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, utilizing diagnostic tools, and implementing effective solutions,
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals,
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail,
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations,
  • Able to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a dynamic on-site support environment,
  • Willingness to undergo comprehensive on-the-job training to further develop necessary skills and knowledge,
