THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated Junior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge IoT-based digital signage, vending, and camera services applications. In this role, you will be involved in designing, implementing, and maintaining software components that run on our Linux-based IoT devices, leveraging technologies such as Golang, React.js, and Python.
- Develop scalable, reliable, and performant software systems for our IoT devices, ensure integration on device as well as cloud platform applications.
- Implement computer vision services that run proprietary models on the IoT devices, enabling advanced features and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments in the IoT and digital signage domains.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable software.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in software development, preferably with a background in building IoT or embedded systems.
- Familiarity with Golang, React.js, and Python or similar languages and a good grasp of their respective ecosystems.
- Understanding of designing and developing scalable distributed systems.
- Knowledge of Linux-based operating systems and embedded development tools and frameworks.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an agile environment.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work and interact well with cross-functional teams.
