Hong Kong Centre for Logistics Robotics Limited

The Hong Kong Centre for Logistics Robotics was established in 2020 by The Chinese University of Hong Kong under the support of the InnoHK Clusters of the HKSAR government, with research contributions from the University of California, Berkeley.

The Centre focuses on the research and development (R&D) of robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies for “future workplace” as well as innovative solutions to the “pressing problems” in the logistics industry. Our centre is located in Hong Kong Science Park.

We are looking for Mechanical Engineer

We rely on you to:

• Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems for robotic and automation projects
• Implement the basic electrical circuits for robotic and automation projects.
• Perform installation and debugging tasks for relevant projects
• Communicate with vendors of mechanical fabrication services
• Prepare and maintain product specifications and other documentation

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing and Automation, or related disciplines
• Proficient in mechanical design, fabrication, and assembly
• Preferably experience related to robotics and electrical circuits
• Solid skills in SolidWorks and AutoCAD or other mechanical design software
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
