About Huawei Hong Kong Research Center (HKRC)
Established in 2018, HKRC is a fast-growing international research center that focuses on chipsets, software engineering, AI and theoretical research. For a short span of three years, HKRC saw its staff increase from over 100 members in 2019 to more than 250 in 2022. They come from more than 24 countries and regions, with 48% being PhD holders. 

Having invested over USD52 million on technology cooperation, HKRC places great emphasis on R&D and has a successful track record in this regard. Equipped with well-furnished labs and offices, the research center hosts free tech talks and recreational activities on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on design and optimization of digital circuits
• Collaborate with teammates to discuss the needs, conduct independent research and development in the given problem context
• Create prototypes of large language model algorithms and advanced design space exploration algorithms, include drafting possible algorithm details, performing benchmarking against the state-of-the-art results
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related areas;
• Algorithm Knowledge;
• Profound knowledge of C++ and Python
• Responsive and adaptive design
• Good understanding in P&R, development tools, building process, versioning tools, CI/CD pipelines,Micro-service architecture

Preferred working experience in one of these areas:

• Experience in PR-based data visualization/charting
• Backend or full-stack development
