A well-established innovation design company producing electronic products for the medical industry, is looking for a Test and R&D Engineer - Critical product testing with R&D engineering.

Job Description:

• Responsible for design verification and validation testing including abnormal condition testing,  on-site system testing, fault finding and root cause analysis
•  Responsible for hardware design/pcb layout and engineering samples building
•  Responsible for user manual validation and drawing of connection diagrams and etc
• Require to visit the local sites for one-site alarm system testing and investigate if we have common faults and find out the root cause and fix it
• Needs to be very critical of any fault that occurs and have skills at being able to systemically identify the problem. Intuitive, systematic and logical thinking is required
•  Report to Engineering manager and work closely with R&D engineers
• Act as a Customer service point for technical questions from customers 

Requirements:

•  Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, preferably with Mechanical Engineering as a minor qualification
•  At least 5-year experience in R&D hardware and testing experience
• Knowledge of wireless alarm systems is a plus
• To use Autocard to draw simple connection diagrams and floor plan drawing is a must.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
