Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and support complex IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and infrastructure applications,
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and work with vendors and internal teams to resolve them,
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, procedures, and policies,
• Participate in project planning and execution, and ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met,
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during off-hours as needed,
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and provide guidance and recommendations to the team and customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,
• 3+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and supporting complex IT systems and infrastructure, with a focus on virtualization and infrastructure applications,
• Preference for candidates with a Redhat or VMware certification,
• Strong knowledge of server, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies, such as VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, Cisco, NetApp, and Dell EMC,
• Experience with infrastructure applications, such as Active Directory, Exchange, and SharePoint,
• Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure,
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment,
• Willingness to learn and participate in on-job training
