Responsibilities:
 

• Provide telephone, email and onsite installation & technical support to our clients
• Provide IT system installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting including hardware & software
• Preparation of technical documentation, updates of manuals and related documentation
• Work on assignments in areas such as cloud, tool evaluation, product testing and POC
• Collaborate with vendor support team in the process of resolving technical problems
• Required to work with a flexible work schedule to meet customer needs

Requirements:
 

• DSE / Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
• 2 years hands-on experience in IT project is preferred
• Experience on troubleshooting issue on Windows Desktop Environment, MS Office, Outlook and networking
• Holder MCSE, CCNA, ITIL certificated is an advantage
• Mature, aggressive, flexible, energetic, self-motivated and able to take up challenges and pressure
• Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
• Good command of Cantonese and English
